The Porsche 911, a true icon when it comes to sports cars. This machine first came onto the market in 1964, since then several generations have been brought onto the market with their own type designation. The beautiful appearance of the 911 was designed by Ferdinand „Butzi“ Porsche, grandson of Ferdinand Porsche, the founder of the Porsche brand. The well-known shape has hardly changed in the past fifty years.
From model year 1969, the wheelbase of the Porsche 911 was increased by 57 mm to improve road holding. A small adjustment with a very good result, improved driving comfort and at the same time more stable driving dynamics. In 1972, the men in Stuttgart decided to place the oil tank further forward, which moved the center of gravity even further forward. In 1969, the 2.2 L variant of the 911 T came onto the market for the first time. This beautiful car received an extra 15 HP. Of the 911 series, only 2,573 of the total 81,032 were designed in the 911T 2.2 variant.

Das Fahrzeug im Detail

This concerns an original German-delivered car in its matching color (irish green) and also with the matching numbers engine. The car has found its way to America over the years and was later imported back to Europe. The previous owner made some improvements/renewals to the car upon purchase:
– The door panels are replaced on the left and right as well as a completely new carpet set. (See invoice via photo link)
– In 2019, technical work was also done to get them in perfect technical order for +- €5000 euro.
The silent blocks, glass indicators, valve cover seals, oil pipes, fuel pipes and a new clutch, among other things, were renewed. The engine was completely removed and checked and cleaned up.
– The invoices also show that a new/correct Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio was purchased and installed worth €555.00

The car originally came with the Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio and the comfort package, which means velor carpets, gold emblems, aluminum sills on doors, covered steering wheel, chrome bagette, rubbers on butoirs.

As you can see, the car is very original and correct. If you have it repainted, this is an absolute TOP car with a lot of potential that you will enjoy for years to come.

The car is completely checked and technically it is actually very good. New tires are installed this year!
