1988 Porsche 911 Club Sport – 1 of 3 US-delivered examples in Black and 1 of 28 total US-market cars. With only 31 thousand verified miles since new, this Club Sport was optioned new with limited slip differential and black cloth Porsche script interior, which is in immaculate condition. The Club Sport model was essentially the “RS” of the 3.2 Carrera models and was delivered without AC, radio, rear seat, sound deadening, fog lights, door pocket lids, trunk and engine compartment lights, rear decklid Carrera logo, front hood lock, or rear wiper. Estimate weight savings compared to a standard 3.2 Carrera were 155lbs. Non-standard parts for this CS include Genuine 16 x 7 and 16 x 8 Fuchs wheels and a Matter bolt-in rollbar. Less than 225 miles ago, this ClubSport benefitted from a complete mechanical refurbishment and engine re-build / re-seal. A new clutch and flywheel were installed at the same time as well as new dampers, suspension bushings, fresh brakes and many other components.
