Das Fahrzeug im Detail

This entirely unique 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring represents an ideal, physical actualization, not only of the astounding capabilities for customization offered through the process of close collaboration with Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur—but also the consignor’s distinct vision of a “future classic” aesthetic which weaves elements of the 911’s iconic heritage alongside its shining future.
Sales documentation on file illustrates that this obsessively detailed, unrepeatable configuration resulting in an original price of $389,000—representing a jaw-dropping, 141% premium over Porsche’s base MSRP for the model. The consignor reports that the price of his dream Porsche would have reached well past the half-million-dollar mark, were it not for his close personal relationship with Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur.

Clad in paint-to-sample Black Olive (2A7), this 911 GT3’s outstanding, one-off specification is the result of six months of back-and-forth, and more than nine rounds of CXX renderings, approvals, and proofs. In total, this order took 18 months for Porsche to complete, and likely represents one of the longest configure-to-delivery timelines for any custom-ordered 992.1 chassis.
The culprit for this exceptional delay is readily apparently after a long look inside the car’s beautiful, expertly rendered cabin in which absolutely every inch has been thoughtfully considered and purposefully appointed to the consignor’s requirement.
Every surface of the car’s interior has been custom-upholstered in either Truffle Brown or black leather upholstery, and everywhere one looks, these supple finishes are either unified by matching Truffle Brown stitching, or tastefully deviated by chalk—or black—stitching. The dashboard and door panel configurations are a true testament to the obsessive focus of this build’s details, as they are not just uniquely trimmed for a timeless look, but also devoid of the prominent “honeycomb” pattern found on all other GT3 Touring examples. The door panels also feature 70th Anniversary quilting which harkens back to the 930 Turbo of 1975, while the seat headrests are anointed with one-off “GT3 Touring” embroidery executed in Truffle Brown.
Even the vent surrounds wear black leather upholstery, while the headliner and sun visors are trimmed in Race-Tex—a fitting homage to the GT racecars from which the GT3 Touring’s technology is derived.
Furthermore, this “future classic” GT3 is made evermore alluring by an enviable list of desirable factory options which includes carbon-backed full bucket seats, ceramic composite brakes, the front axle lift system, dynamic PDLS+ headlights, a Bose sound system, and extended-range fuel tank. And yet, the crown jewel is the six-speed GT Sport manual transaxle, providing a pure, unfiltered, mechanical connection to the high-revving engine’s 502 horsepower.
Following delivery to Porsche of Beverly Hills, this GT3 Touring was routed to the consignor’s home in Naples, Florida and subsequently fitted with an additional $19,000 of Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur equipment by technicians at Porsche Naples. These post-delivery “add-ons” included the Black Olive-painted seatbelt pass-throughs in the carbon bucket seats, black leather-wrapped steering column, Houndstooth seat inserts, Euro-spec clear front marker lights, and staggered set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.
With just 313 miles on its odometer at cataloguing time, this one-off 911 GT3 Touring is surely destined to be a true “future classic.” The car’s incredible suite of bespoke specifications and custom-tailored finishes offers an unrepeatable blend of retro-inspired aesthetics with cutting-edge technology.
There will, and never can be, another example like it.
