Porsche 968 Club Sport
Highlights
- Supercharged
- Less than 2,000 made
- Great History File
The Porsche 968 Club Sport (CS) was introduced as a lightweight track-focused version of the standard 968, emphasizing driving dynamics and handling rather than luxury and comfort. Praised for its balance and sharp handling, attributed to its near 50:50 weight distribution and rear transaxle layout, it’s always been a favourite among enthusiasts for track days and spirited driving.
However, despite these fantastic driver’s machines being produced in limited numbers between 1993 and 1995, with only 1,923 units built globally, values don’t seem to have been swept up to the same highs as equivalent low production lightweight 911s, making them an utter bargain for enthusiasts looking for a Porsche wearing the iconic Club Sport nomenclature.
This specific example benefits from the rarer black with red livery colour combination and a fantastic service history file, as well as a supercharger kit fitted by a previous owner, giving this rare classic a serious power boost!
