We are proud to present this Porsche 928 GT, which was delivered to its first owner in February 1990 by Porsche South in Eindhoven (Netherlands).
In the late ‘80s, Porsche expanded the 928 range with the GT, a more performance-oriented version of the 928. The GT was more powerful than the S4 and was equipped with a performance oriented suspension. At 330 hp, the GT is the most powerful version of the 5.0 liter V8. In the early ‘90s it was further increased to 5.4l with 350hp in the GTS.
The car has run 115,000 kilometers, which is low for a 928 since this model was marketed by Porsche as a high-speed, long-distance cruiser.
The exterior color of the car is Velvet Red Metallic (Porsche code U6) and has a black leather interior. The 928GT in itself is quite rare, but it certainly is in this color scheme.
The car has a documented maintenance history and is in very good and completely original condition and shows few signs of use. Everything is matching, which is confirmed in the present certificate of authenticity delivered by Porsche. The vehicle is factory-fitted with the following options:
- PSD Porsche Sperr Differentiel electronically lockable differential
- Sport seats
- 16” Design 90 wheels
- Automatic speed control
- Manual gearbox
- Tyre pressure Monitoring
- Top-tinted windscreen
- Air Conditioning
- Sunroof
The car just received a major maintenance including timing belt at Porsche Gelderland. The car was also fully checked and everything that needed to be overhauled was overhauled. In other words, the car is in top condition and will pass every 111-point check.
The popularity of this model has risen sharply in recent years and is acclaimed by many as the ideal Grand Tourisme car from the ‘90s.
