A truly distinctive low-mileage example of the sought-after open-top sports car from the first year of Carrera 3.2 production, boasting special order 930 Turbo-style rear wheel arches with ‘LE’ air intakes.

This car must be seen in person, but here are a few highlights we would like to share:
– Under the rear engine lid is a naturally aspirated, air-cooled 3.2-litre flat-six, developing around 231hp which is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
– The odometer reads just 61,700 kilometres.
– This Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Cabriolet was delivered new to a customer in Germany, prior to being purchased in 1985 by its second owner in Sweden. The car’s third owner purchased the car in 1989 and added it to a collection, where it stayed unused until purchased by its current and fourth owner in 2020.
– Since then, the car has been subject to a thorough inspection and recommissioning.
– This 911 is finished in the alluring hue of Ruby Red metallic with a black convertible good, over a complementary leather-trimmed interior with a matching dashboard, carpet, and door cards
– It rides on an upgraded set of new 16-inch Fuchs lightweight alloy wheels with satin black centres and silver rims, which are shod in matching Pirelli P Zero Rosso tyres.
– The car was specially ordered with 930 Turbo-style ‘Super Sport’ wide bodywork and, unusually, ‘LE’-style slatted air intakes in the rear wheel arches, as well as a prominent ‘tea tray’ rear spoiler.
– It was later fitted with side skirts and a low front end during the 1980s. They have since been removed and replaced with a Speedster front and original wide body side trims. The skirting removed can come with the car if the buyer wishes.
– Apart from the exterior modifications, this car is believed to be original throughout.
– It will be accompanied by its factory-supplied German and English manuals, the service book, numerous maintenance invoices, the original tool kit, and a spare wheel.
