Nineteen eighty-nine would be a significant year for Porsche’s 911 as it represented the now familiar G-Series 911’s final year of production. These 1989 G-Series 911s boasted the 3.2-liter engine, which had been introduced in 1984. Power was quoted at 207 bhp and was managed through the G50 five-speed transmission, which itself was introduced in 1987. The excellent combination of this engine and gearbox made these 911s extremely reliable and these cars quickly became enthusiast favorites.
