Mechanically this unit has always been maintained in official Porsche Centers and in our workshop. The car keeps all the original books and the maintenance book is completely sealed. Additionally, this 996 has its Porsche Certificate. The most interesting thing is that it is a very equipped unit that stands out from the rest of 996. Among others and as extra original equipment, Porsche has the Sports Kit 996 (014), the 18 ”Turbo wheels (408), the sports chassis (030), heated sports seats (375-376) or stereo with 10 speakers (490).
The 996 was introduced in 1997 and was the first 911 to feature a water-cooled boxer engine. Its exterior aesthetics were quite modernized with softer lines and the interior released a new dashboard more in line with its time, with more luxurious details and improved ergonomics. Its engine cubed 3.4 liters and was available with a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic. The available versions were the Carrera and Carrera 4, with coupe and cabriolet bodywork.
