The Carrera 3.2 is admired as the pinnacle development of the original 911 that first appeared in 1963. These final G-Series cars replaced the SC Series cars in 1984. They were the last of the original Porsche 911 design before the 964 bodies launched in 1990. The all-alloy, flat-6 engine gave the 911 231hp, which meant a 0-60 time of 5.5 seconds. All Carrera 3.2’s feature galvanized bodies, which ensure that these classics are long lasting.
This 911 Cabriolet has benefited from proper maintenance and care through collector ownership with just 23,000 miles from new. Originally sold at Stevens Creek Porsche in Santa Clara, California, this 911 remained with its original California owner until 2019. Kept in immaculate condition and always well maintained, the Porsche was then purchased by a long-time client and friend of Autosport Designs. Further servicing to ensure all systems in excellent like-new condition were done by Rennsport Automotive in Bedford Hills, NY and New Country Porsche of Greenwich, CT. This 911 shows very little wear. Body, paint, and interior are all in excellent condition.
